Creative Production Coordinator- US Remote

At Vistaprint, we believe best-in-class Creative Production is critical to maximizing our Marketing and Creative team's output and impact. We are looking for a Creative Production Coordinator reporting into our Senior Producer to support creative production needs for the cross-functional Brand Marketing content.
What You Will Do:

• Manage budget administration including PO creation, new vendor setup, vendor payments and necessary tracking in collaboration with Senior Producer + Channel Partners
• Order + coordinate product samples for Creative Production
• Manage content + metadata upload to DAM for retouching + project archiving
• Help assimilate + organize existing content for upload to the DAM
• Support shoots by helping create necessary documentation including project related releases, production schedules, shot lists, call sheets, etc
• Support producers in production wrap, including tracking, documentation creation and final archive
• Liaise with project managers on production timelines, project needs + information sourcing
• Support brand photographer with internal studio management

Your Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in project management, production or relative experience at an agency or in-house at a global brand preferred.
• Able to intake information from multiple sources in an organized and detail-oriented manner.
• Clear and concise communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to keep projects and partners on track.
• Technology software savvy; familiar with or able to easily pick up on communication and project management tools such as Slack, Outlook, AirTable, JIRA and Figma.
