This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Data Reporting and Analytics Lead based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead enterprise-scale reporting, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives supporting a major modernization program.
The position focuses on transforming complex data into actionable insights that improve operational decision-making.
You will design advanced dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical capabilities within a cloud-based environment.

Accountabilities:

The Data Reporting and Analytics Lead will oversee the development and delivery of reporting, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities that support strategic decisions and operational improvements. This role requires close collaboration with technical teams, stakeholders, and business partners to create reliable, scalable, and compliant data solutions.

  • Lead the design, development, and integration of configurable dashboards, self-service reporting solutions, and predictive analytics capabilities.
  • Translate business reporting needs and key performance indicators into report designs, semantic models, and reusable datasets.
  • Develop and enhance dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools while ensuring usability, performance, and scalability.
  • Implement and validate SQL logic, calculations, and metric definitions across reporting products.
  • Coordinate data replication, integrations, and feeds required to support internal and external reporting needs.
  • Partner with data engineering teams to improve data quality, resolve data issues, and enhance reporting readiness.
  • Establish reporting standards, documentation practices, and visualization guidelines to ensure consistent and meaningful insights.
  • Monitor analytical system performance and help maintain service-level expectations for reporting solutions.
  • Drive user adoption of dashboards and reporting tools by supporting stakeholders and improving accessibility.
  • Ensure reporting solutions comply with privacy, security, access control, and data governance requirements.
  • Lead AI and machine learning solution design while aligning implementations with responsible AI practices and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain documentation and governance processes for AI/ML capabilities, including tracking proposed, approved, and deployed solutions.
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate is an experienced data and analytics professional with strong technical skills, expertise in reporting platforms, and experience delivering solutions in complex or regulated environments.

    • Advanced experience designing and delivering enterprise reporting, analytics, and data-driven solutions.
    • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data transformation techniques supporting large-scale analytical systems.
    • Extensive experience working with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar tools.
    • Strong knowledge of analytical data models, semantic layers, dashboards, and reporting architectures.
    • Experience developing reporting solutions in regulated, government, or high-sensitivity data environments.
    • Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
    • Strong understanding of data governance, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
    • Experience supporting AI/ML initiatives, including responsible AI practices and governance processes.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Educational background including a Master’s degree in a relevant field with significant professional experience, or equivalent experience through a combination of education and industry expertise.
