Play a key role in both inpatient and outpatient leadership, offering high-level integration and system-wide impact. You will play a key role in supporting clinical excellence and promoting department and facility-wide objectives. Collaborate closely with the Chief of Medicine and multidisciplinary teams to advance facility-wide initiatives. What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven clinical leadership and team-building experience.  

  • A record of academic engagement or operational innovation

  • Commitment to continuous improvement and Veteran-centered care.

  • Passion for teaching, team building, and health systems improvement. 

Competitive Annual Salary: Ranging at $300,000- $400,000. Additionally, employees may be eligible to receive up to $15,000 in performance-based pay annually. Furthermore, employees can qualify for Proficiency Awards, which are available in addition to Pay for Performance incentives. Regular salary reviews will occur every two years, and all employees will receive cost-of-living adjustments annually.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am-4:30pm 

Academic Affiliations: University of California, Irvine. Faculty appointment is required with the relevant affiliate university program.
