Director, Enterprise Program Management
Job Description
As Director, Enterprise Program Management, you will work closely with the VP of Strategy and Business Operations to help strategy execution. This individual will be responsible for launching and building our Enterprise Program Management Office to ensure that our strategy translates to flawless execution.
Responsibilities- Work closely with Dropbox’s VP, Strategy and Business Operations and Dropbox’s leadership to develop drive the execution of Dropbox’s strategy
- Drive the tracking and execution of strategic initiatives to deliver on our strategy
- Monitor and track company level goals and report to the senior leadership team on progress and highlight areas requiring further attention and remediation
- Run the business cadence activities for Dropbox including WBR, MBR, QBRs
- Contribute to the strategic planning process by co-leading the operational planning process for Dropbox and helping business leaders develop operational plans
- Develop a program and project management center of excellence for Dropbox
- 7+ years experience in program/project management or other related fields
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance
- Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple partners
- Experience building business cases, writing strategy narratives
- Demonstrated experience and expertise helping to grow and scale large scale businesses
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience working closely with senior executives, the ability to develop strong working relationships with business functions quickly to develop plans and drive execution
- You are highly analytical, good at breaking down problems and delivering actions
- You have a low ego attitude: willing to shift from high-level critical thinking, to rolling up your sleeves and supporting implementation
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and a dynamic business landscape
- Experience at Fortune 100 company preferred
- Program management credentials preferred
For candidates hired in San Francisco metro, New York City metro, or Seattle metro, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is currently $234,300 - $275,700 - $317,100.Â
For candidates hired in the following locations: Austin (TX) metro, Chicago metro, California (outside SF metro), Colorado, Connecticut (outside NYC metro), Delaware, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York (outside NYC metro), Oregon, Pennsylvania (outside NYC or DC metro), Washington (outside Seattle metro) and Washington DC metro, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is currently $210,900 - $248,100 - $285,300.Â
For candidates hired in all other US locations, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is currently $187,500 - $220,600 - $253,700.Â
Range(s) is subject to change. Dropbox takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location/metropolitan area, skillset, and peer compensation. Dropbox uses the zip code of an employee’s remote work location to determine which metropolitan pay range we use.Â
Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
