Accountabilities

  • Manage and develop a seven-person marketing team across various disciplines.
  • Set priorities and OKRs; promote a culture of accountability and agility.
  • Champion a developer-first marketing approach within the AI community.
  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Elevate the brand presence on key industry platforms and events.
  • Oversee pipeline-generating programs in collaboration with sales.
  • Own the marketing budget and performance metrics reporting.

    • Requirements

  • 6+ years of marketing experience, especially in leadership roles.
  • Deep expertise in developer tools, particularly within AI.
  • Track record of driving growth in early-to-mid stage startups.
  • Strong instincts for developer-led and product-led growth strategies.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Ability to operate hands-on and expedite decision-making under uncertainty.
  • Background in Developer Relations or related growth strategies is a plus.
