  • Balance foundational platform investments with revenue-generating AI solutions, including audience optimization, personalized advertising, and promotional systems
  • Collaborate with Data Science to deliver ML-powered features, translating models into explainable, actionable product outputs
  • Mentor Product Managers and lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Design, Revenue, and Operations
  • Communicate vision and progress to executive leadership and stakeholders with clarity and credibility
  • Requirements
  • 8–12+ years in Product Management, with significant experience in data platforms, analytics, or AI/ML-driven products
  • Proven track record in managing data-driven products and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of data ingestion, ETL, warehousing, and reporting technologies
  • Experience with personalization algorithms, recommendation systems, and machine learning applications
  • Exceptional analytical, leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Experience influencing and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve strategic priorities
  • Ability to translate complex technical details into high-level strategy for diverse audiences
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and online services management
  • Proven experience in roadmap strategy, feature delivery, and product trade-offs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in retail media, ad tech, martech, ecommerce, or multi-tenant SaaS platforms
  • Experience with attribution modeling, incrementality testing, or performance marketing analytics
  • Familiarity with modern analytics stacks, feature stores, and ML lifecycle tooling
  • Passion for technology, curiosity for deep technical knowledge, and commitment to learning
