This leadership role sits at the intersection of product strategy, operations, and enterprise CRM transformation, with a strong focus on Salesforce-driven solutions that power field, customer success, and service teams. You will shape and execute the roadmap for critical operational workflows that enable scalable, high-quality customer engagement across a fast-growing organization. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will translate complex operational needs into robust, scalable Salesforce solutions. This role plays a pivotal part in building the digital backbone that supports customer-facing teams and improves service delivery outcomes. You will also drive the adoption of automation and AI capabilities to modernize workflows and improve efficiency. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will influence senior stakeholders and ensure alignment across multiple functions.

Accountabilities

You will lead the strategy, design, and execution of Salesforce-based product initiatives that enhance field operations, customer success, and service delivery. You will own the roadmap for key operational enablement capabilities and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

  • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce Service Cloud and related operational workflows
  • Translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions supporting field teams, customer success, and customer service operations
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand current-state processes and identify gaps in operational efficiency
  • Drive the design and rollout of Salesforce-enabled solutions, including automation and Agentic AI capabilities
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and broader data infrastructure
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment through steering committees, product forums, and executive-level discussions
  • Oversee change management efforts, including documentation, training, and user adoption strategies
  • Guide cross-functional execution across multiple teams, balancing priorities and ensuring timely delivery
  • Requirements

    This role requires extensive product leadership experience, deep Salesforce expertise, and a strong ability to operate in complex, cross-functional environments. You should be equally comfortable shaping strategy and driving execution.

    • 12+ years of experience in product management or process innovation roles
    • 6+ years in a leadership capacity managing cross-functional initiatives
    • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud experience strongly preferred; certification a plus)
    • Proven track record delivering CRM or enterprise platform transformations in customer-facing environments
    • Strong understanding of customer success, field operations, or service operations workflows
    • Experience working in healthcare, life sciences, or similar regulated industries is a plus
    • Familiarity with AI-driven CRM capabilities such as automation, predictive insights, and workflow optimization
    • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with executive presence
    • Ability to lead through influence in complex, matrixed organizations
