Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of residential sales strategies designed to drive organic growth, improve branch performance, and increase market share across internal sales channels.
  • Create and implement sales objectives, incentive programs, promotional initiatives, and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and revenue targets.
  • Foster a positive and performance-driven sales culture that encourages collaboration between sales and operations teams to enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness.
  • Partner with branch leadership and cross-functional teams to support training initiatives, improve sales capabilities, and strengthen accountability across the organization.
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities to support long-term business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and sales techniques to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead sales communication initiatives and influence teams across the organization, including individuals who may not directly report into the role.
  • Manage, coach, and develop direct reports, including sales trainers, while maintaining strong vendor and partner relationships.
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive sales management experience with a proven track record of driving business growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
    • Demonstrated success in strategic sales planning, budget management, forecasting, and execution of revenue-generating initiatives.
    • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
    • Experience creating and maintaining a customer-focused, sales-oriented culture that supports organizational objectives.
    • Excellent communication, coaching, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to analyze market dynamics, evaluate competitive positioning, and implement effective sales strategies.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
