  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and finance to align capacity, delivery, and commercial strategy.
  • Develop training and enablement programs to strengthen sales capabilities and product expertise across teams.
  • Deliver regular executive reporting on performance, market trends, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, including at least 5+ years in sales leadership roles.
    • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams and channel partner networks.
    • Strong strategic planning, forecasting, and financial acumen with experience managing revenue and margin targets.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead executive-level client conversations and influence senior stakeholders.
    • Experience partnering with marketing teams on go-to-market strategy, positioning, and demand generation.
    • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, pipeline management, and data-driven sales operations.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex strategies into clear direction.
    • Ability to travel extensively (50–75%) and operate effectively in field-based and executive-facing environments.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
