Team: Business Development

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Revenue Operations and Systems based in the United States.

This role sits at the core of a high-growth SaaS organization, responsible for designing and scaling the systems, data infrastructure, and operational frameworks that power end-to-end revenue generation. You will own the revenue technology stack and ensure seamless alignment between marketing, sales, customer success, and analytics teams.
The position plays a critical role in transforming business strategy into scalable execution through automation, workflow optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
You will act as a key partner to senior leadership, shaping how revenue is captured, tracked, and optimized across multiple go-to-market motions.
This is a highly strategic yet hands-on role requiring strong technical fluency across CRM, integrations, and revenue systems architecture.
You will also be an early driver of AI-enabled operational improvements, enhancing speed, efficiency, and funnel performance.
The environment is fast-moving, collaborative, and built for someone who thrives on building scalable systems in a growth-stage company.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and evolve the end-to-end revenue operations infrastructure, including CRM systems, GTM tools, sales engagement platforms, enrichment tools, and related revenue technologies.
  • Design, optimize, and continuously improve cross-functional go-to-market workflows to ensure data accuracy, operational efficiency, and seamless handoffs across teams.
  • Build and scale automated funnel and pipeline systems supporting multiple GTM motions, including sales-led, product-led, inbound, and partner channels.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to align system architecture, ETL pipelines, and data warehouse integration for clean and reliable revenue data.
  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards that improve visibility into funnel performance, conversion rates, pipeline health, and revenue forecasting.
  • Lead vendor selection, implementation, and lifecycle management of revenue technology tools, ensuring ROI and scalability.
  • Drive workflow automation initiatives that reduce manual processes, improve routing logic, and increase speed-to-lead and conversion efficiency.
  • Support system adoption and change management across revenue teams through training, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Partner with BizOps, analytics, and revenue leadership to translate strategic goals into operational execution.
  • Requirements:

    • 6–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or GTM Systems leadership roles.
    • Proven expertise in owning and scaling CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and broader revenue technology stacks in high-growth SaaS environments.
    • Strong experience designing and optimizing GTM workflows across multiple motion types (sales-led, product-led, partnerships).
    • Hands-on knowledge of systems integration, APIs, middleware, and data architecture concepts, including warehouse and BI environments.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders in fast-paced organizations.
    • Strong analytical mindset with experience improving funnel performance, reporting accuracy, and revenue forecasting.
    • Experience evaluating, implementing, and managing third-party GTM tools and vendor ecosystems.
    • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in systems, automation, and process design.
    • Benefits:

      • Fully remote role within the United States, with optional access to a collaborative HQ environment
      • Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus and equity opportunities
      • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance
      • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
      • Generous PTO (approximately 4 weeks) plus paid holidays
      • Fertility, parental leave, disability, and life insurance benefits
      • Strong growth-oriented culture in a high-expansion SaaS environment
      • Opportunity to shape revenue systems strategy in a scaling, data-driven organization
      • Exposure to advanced automation, AI-driven operations, and modern GTM architecture.
