Responsibilities: - Maintaining production of 2 qualified leads per workday by talking to as many people as possible. - Generating interest in our services with prospective customers. - Identifying customer needs, providing accurate information, and offering appropriate solutions. - Inputting or updating prospective customer records and account information. - Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. - Taking initiative to ask questions and research solutions when details are unclear. - Attending events, shows, fairs, and other industry-related events. - Maintaining a professional appearance. - Approaching and talking to people on the street, and at their homes about the company or organization. - Displaying knowledge of the product or organization and attempting to sway opinions. Job Description: You will be part of a canvass team based out of our Campbell Field Office. Canvass teams travel all over the Bay Area, selecting residential areas that meet our company criteria. Canvassers are dropped off via company fleet vehicles to their respective work territories, then navigate their issued work territory to knock on doors and find homeowners that have a need for our services or products. There are no in-home sales involved in this position. Detailed Compensation Breakdown: (Note: Base hourly wage can increase after 90 days depending on personal performance) Starting Base Hourly Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 (Depending on experience) Demo Bonus: $10 - $20 depending on Demo Percentage Sales Commission: 1% on the first $25,000 in sales volume, then 5% on the rest. Modifiers are reset every pay period. (2 weeks) Semi Monthly (2 week pay period) example of a $21.00/HR Full Time Field Marketing Rep achieving theminimum.
