Position Overview We’re seeking amotivated Electrician / Smart Home Technicianto join our growing team. This role blendselectrical know-howwithmodern smart home technology— ideal for someone who takes pride in precision work and wants to advance their technical skills in a fast-evolving industry. Key Responsibilities • Install and terminate electrical and low-voltage wiring for lighting, audio, video, and network systems • Assist in the setup and commissioning ofLutron,Crestron, andControl4systems • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other trades to ensure seamless installations • Maintain neat, professional workmanship and organized job sites • Support troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades on existing installations Requirements • 2+ years of experience inelectrical, low-voltage, or AV installation • Strong understanding of residential wiring and electrical safety • Experience with smart home systems is a plus (Lutron, Crestron, Control4, Savant, etc.) • Ability to read blueprints or wiring diagrams • Excellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship • Team-oriented mindset — willing to learn, teach, and improve together • Must have reliable transportation and basic hand tools What We Offer • Competitive compensation with opportunity for advancement • On-the-job training and support for manufacturer certifications • Access to high-end technology and design-driven projects • Supportive, professional team culture that values hard work and integrity • The satisfaction of seeing your work transform luxury spaces Company Culture At SoLV, we believe indoing things right the first time, respecting our craft, and constantly improving.
