Interior Designer/Project Manager

Job Overview 123 Remodeling is seeking a creative and experienced Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing design projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of quality and innovation. This role requires a strong background in various design disciplines, including interior design and residential construction. The Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results that align with our clients' visions and objectives. Duties • Meet potential costumers and lead the sales & contracts process • Lead the design process for multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications. • Create visually compelling graphics and presentations that effectively communicate design concepts. • Collaborate with architects and interior designers to integrate aesthetic and functional elements into designs. • Conduct regular reviews of design work to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations. Qualifications • Proven experience in residential design and construction management. • Strong drafting skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. • A degree in Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovative design solutions.
