This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, systems, and execution, ensuring that campaigns run efficiently, data flows cleanly, and performance is accurately measured across the full funnel. You will play a key role in building and optimizing the operational backbone that supports demand generation and customer engagement in a fast-scaling, developer-focused technology environment. Working closely with marketing, product, and data teams, you will translate go-to-market priorities into scalable processes, automation, and reporting frameworks. This position is highly cross-functional and requires strong ownership of marketing systems, data integrity, and campaign execution. You will also help drive improvements in marketing efficiency through tooling, automation, and AI-enabled workflows. Operating in a remote-friendly environment, you will directly influence how marketing impact is tracked, optimized, and scaled.

Accountabilities

You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling the marketing operations infrastructure that enables high-performing campaigns and data-driven decision-making.

  • Design, build, and optimize marketing campaigns, workflows, and automation systems across marketing platforms and tools
  • Manage marketing systems and data integrity to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution across the funnel
  • Develop and improve lead scoring, segmentation, and routing processes to support efficient sales and marketing alignment
  • Partner with marketing, product, and data teams to execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns and ensure operational excellence
  • Maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytics to measure campaign performance and inform strategic decisions
  • Support integration of marketing tools and systems while improving scalability, reliability, and efficiency
  • Identify and implement AI-driven and automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve operational speed
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented marketing operations professional with strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of modern B2B marketing systems.

    • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Systems roles, ideally in fast-paced tech or SaaS environments
    • Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar) including workflows, segmentation, and campaign execution
    • Solid understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and funnel optimization principles
    • Experience working with data reporting, dashboards, attribution, and marketing analytics
    • Familiarity with integrations between marketing, CRM, and data platforms
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
    • Comfortable working in cross-functional environments with marketing, product, and data teams
    • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Experience or strong interest in using AI tools and automation to improve marketing operations efficiency
