Global Sales Enablement & Training Specialist
The Global Sales Enablement & Training Specialist is responsible for defining and executing a global sales enablement and training strategy that drives revenue growth, strengthens advertising sales capability, and improves performance across regions. This role ensures global alignment, delivery quality, onboarding readiness, and measurable impact of all training and knowledge programs across digital advertising sales (social, search, display, video, and platform advertising), with a strong focus on operational execution at scale.
The role partners closely with executive leadership, regional sales leaders, and cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and govern enablement programs that build critical sales capabilities, standardise execution, and lift seller performance globally.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute a global sales enablement and training strategy in collaboration with regional counterparts aligned to commercial priorities, using leadership input and data insights to prioritise the highest-impact capability gaps.
Design and deliver scalable training programs to a regional team, across digital advertising solutions enabling sellers to effectively position, sell, and optimise advertising products and solutions.
Own global onboarding as a standalone program, including readiness certification, completion tracking, and post-onboarding performance uplift.
Ensure global alignment of training and knowledge programs, maintaining consistency in content, delivery standards, and performance outcomes across all regions.
Own training governance and quality assurance, embedding performance optimisation through coaching-led improvement, facilitator calibration, and continuous refinement of delivery standards.
Establish global measurement frameworks to assess training effectiveness, knowledge retention, and impact on sales performance and commercial outcomes.
Identify capability gaps using data, stakeholder input, and performance insights, translating findings into targeted learning interventions and continuous improvement programs.
Collaborate with executive and regional leadership to align global and local enablement priorities, ensuring programs directly support revenue and performance growth.
Drive accountability across regional training teams through KPI tracking, performance management, and removal of execution barriers.
Use insights to evaluate enablement effectiveness across delivery quality, adoption, and commercial impact, providing clear recommendations to senior leadership.
Balance strategic program design with hands-on operational execution in a fast-paced, global environment.
Qualifications
3–7 years of professional experience, including at least 3+ years in sales enablement, sales training, advertising sales, or commercial capability development roles.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems (e.g. social, search, display, video, or platform-based advertising), with the ability to apply knowledge in real sales environments.
Experience owning or operating global training programs with responsibility for delivery standards, governance, and measurement frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to ensure alignment and consistency of knowledge and training programs across multiple regions or global teams.
Experience in QA, training governance, or capability measurement frameworks within sales organisations.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across global and regional teams.
Experience working in virtual, matrixed, and globally distributed sales organisations.
Strong analytical capability with ability to design and interpret training and performance metrics, translating insights into action.
Highly structured and organised with strong program management capability across competing global priorities.
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments requiring both strategic thinking and operational execution.
Experience working closely with cross-functional partners such as Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Strong communication skills with ability to present insights, governance updates, and recommendations to executive audiences.
Experience building, scaling, and continuously improving onboarding and ongoing learning programs across global markets.
