Experienced and Inexperienced Labor for Pavement Marking Construction Company

We're looking to hire people for our upcoming 2025 season which starts around April. We are looking for people to supervise and run crews with construction experience. We are also looking for laborers with minimum experience as long as they are willing to learn fast. We will also be doing some paid training prior to the start of the season. Pay typically starts around $16.00 for someone without any work experience but will be up to $30/Hr if you have any construction or leadership experience. Also, many of our jobs are prevailing wage work, which means you could be paid anywhere from $35-$80/hour while onsite. All employees are typically expected to work some night work and weekend work. You will report to the site supervisor and collaborate with team members to maintain safety and efficiency on the job site. A valid driver's license, car and a high school diploma or GED are essential for this position, as well as a commitment to excellence in construction practices.
