Motive is looking for a Field Operations Program Manager to help build out and manage end-to-end execution of deals and streamlined approval processes. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Deal Desk, you will manage projects, deliverables, training, communications and change management for strategic initiatives for our Deal Desk team. You will contribute to scalability and efficiency gains in internal processes that impact the overall customer experience and contribute to the company’s overall Sales and Customer Success strategy.Â
What You'll Do:- Serve as a strategic and tactical business partner to both the Deal Desk & Sales organization and support functions to facilitate deal composition and approvals, including quoting, exception escalation and management
- Build out repeatable, scalable programs and optimize processes leading to revenue acceleration
- Develop and own a communications strategy and cadence around program updates, blockers & risks
- Own the management of our COGS tracking from internal teams and cascade to appropriate tools & audiences
- Function as Deal Desk’s SFDC and CPQ expert to mature and scale processes around deal submissions, deal approvals, coordinate UAT Testing, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Manage the Deal Desk Promo Program and coordinate cross-functionally with partners in Product, Sales, Marketing and Enterprise Systems
- 4+ years of operations experience in high-growth technology company in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Business Operations or similar teamÂ
- Have an acute attention to detail, be highly process oriented, be able to multitask efficiently and productively, while exercising excellent judgment that considers the needs of all stakeholders. Most importantly, you excel in fast paced, dynamic, hands-on environments, can match the energy level of our passionate people, and without hesitation, jump in to get it done.
- Strong experience in slidecraft (Google Slides, PowerPoint) and the ability to tell an effective story
- Strong communicator. Exceptional verbal, written communication, interpersonal, teamwork and customer service skills.Â
- Experience with Salesforce.com, high level familiarity with CPQ and other sales related systems preferred
- BA/BS required
