- Assist with processing commissions and accounts payable
- Manager general ledger and assist with month-end and year-end close processes such as:
- Accrue expenses to reflect outstanding financial obligations.
- Prepare insightful flux analysis reports to understand account activity.
- Reconcile accounts meticulously, guaranteeing data integrity. - Support the statutory audit process by providing necessary documentation and assistance.
- Collaborate with the Controller on various projects as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification a plus
- 3+ years of experience as an accountant.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite and Netsuite.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact clearly with colleagues across departments.
- Solid understanding of double-entry accounting principles.
- Meticulous attention to detail is needed to ensure data accuracy.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the accounting and finance field.
