Here at Envoy Global, our Global Program is dynamic, and has an excellent reputation in the market . We have an opening for a Global Case Consultant (working title) to join our APAC team, working 100% from home in either Singapore, or Malaysia. Reporting to the Team Leader, our Global Case Consultant, APAC is responsible and accountable for the coordination and processing of visa immigration applications for those external clients who are traveling to countries within the APAC region, for employment purposes.
Please note - this role is not a leadership position. It is working as a team member, managing cases, rather than a team of staff, and suits a candidate who is not seeking a leadership opportunity at this point in their career within global immigration.

Our one of our Global Case Consultants, APAC, you will be required to:
- Communicate with Foreign National (FN) and clients' HR team, setting the right expectations and timelines regarding APAC visa applications and authorization to travel/work within the APAC region
- Adhere to clients' agreed protocols and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Adhere to Envoy's case management SOP, ensuring the effective maintenance of client and internal records via use of the case management system and other internal systems
- Prepare/draft applications
- Collaborate and work closely with Third Party Vendors (TPV) on various aspects of work authorization and other immigration matters
- Ensure assessments are completed in accordance with SOP
- Sign off on cases closed by Global Administrator including expiry tracking in accordance with SOP
- Attend and participate in client calls as needed
- Communicate with immigration authorities to clarify guidance notes/request application update and/or escalate applications when immigration authorities fails to meet its processing standard/withdraw applications and/or request refund of government fees
- Ensure accurate billing of client matters in keeping with company policy and protocols

- 2-4+ years working as a Global Case Manager/Consultant within the APAC region
- Ability to interact and communicate clearly and effectively
- A passion for a career within global immigration
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of relevant tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent time management, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Capacity to prioritize, manage and execute multiple tasks and cases
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Oral and written proficiency in English
- Knowledge of other languages is desirable but not essential
- A passion for immigration law
- Strong desire to learn and excel in a dynamic growing team
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) essential
