This role sits at the intersection of global strategy and commercial execution, responsible for driving the full lifecycle of innovative diagnostic products across international markets. You will shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies while ensuring successful product launches and sustained revenue growth. Acting as a key connector between R&D, Sales, Regulatory, Finance, and Operations, you will translate market insights into actionable plans that influence global product direction. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. You will own product performance from launch through maturity, ensuring alignment across regions and stakeholders. Accountabilities

In this role, you will own global product marketing strategy and execution across the full lifecycle of assigned product lines. You will lead market analysis, positioning, launch planning, and commercial enablement while ensuring alignment across global stakeholders. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into measurable growth outcomes and ensure sustained product success.

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including strategy, positioning, launch, and post-launch optimization
  • Develop and execute global marketing plans aligned with revenue, profitability, and growth targets
  • Lead global product launches, ensuring commercial readiness, training, forecasting, and regional alignment
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to define segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies
  • Support pricing strategy, portfolio management, and business case development for new products
  • Drive commercial execution through sales enablement tools, messaging, and training programs
  • Monitor KPIs such as revenue performance, funnel metrics, and win/loss data to optimize strategy
  • Partner with Marketing Communications to develop campaigns, content, and promotional initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Regulatory, Operations, Finance, and Technical Support
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate brings strong experience in product marketing within medical devices or diagnostics, combined with solid commercial acumen and the ability to execute in global, cross-functional environments. You are both strategic and hands-on, capable of leading launches while driving measurable business outcomes. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills are essential.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
    • 5–7 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing within medical devices or IVD environments (preferred)
    • Proven experience in product launches and product lifecycle management
    • Strong understanding of market segmentation, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
    • Solid analytical and business acumen with ability to translate data into strategy
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams including R&D, Sales, and Regulatory
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and business tools
    • Self-starter with ability to influence without authority across global teams
