Job description

Team: Marketing

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Growth Marketing Director in the United States.

This is a high-impact, hands-on growth leadership role focused on building and scaling a performance-driven marketing engine that connects physical spaces with digital engagement and measurable revenue outcomes. The position sits at the intersection of growth marketing, productized field enablement, and real-world experience monetization across a distributed portfolio of commercial assets. You will design and operationalize the systems that drive tenant engagement, event monetization, and space utilization while enabling non-marketing teams to execute with ease. This role requires both strategic vision and deep execution ability, with ownership of automation, attribution, and AI-enabled content workflows. Acting as a key partner to executive leadership, you will translate growth strategy into scalable infrastructure that directly impacts revenue and retention. The environment is fast-paced, highly autonomous, and built for a senior operator who thrives on building from the ground up.

Accountabilities

  • Build and scale a centralized growth marketing engine, including campaign infrastructure, attribution systems, and automated workflows that drive engagement and revenue across a distributed portfolio of physical assets.
  • Design and deploy scalable enablement frameworks, toolkits, and templates that empower on-site teams to independently execute marketing initiatives with minimal friction.
  • Own tenant engagement and retention strategies, driving participation in amenities, programming, and workplace experiences that influence renewals and long-term occupancy.
  • Develop and optimize monetization strategies for bookable spaces, including digital funnels targeting external customers, corporate groups, and public events.
  • Lead commercialization of events and programming by increasing ticket sales, sponsorships, food and beverage revenue, and brand partnership opportunities.
  • Build acquisition and leasing acceleration campaigns that convert brand and experiential positioning into qualified tours and signed leases.
  • Establish AI-driven content production workflows, automating creative development and marketing asset generation at scale without increasing headcount.
  • Own performance tracking and attribution systems to connect marketing activity with physical utilization, engagement, and financial outcomes.
  • Requirements

    • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, or growth engineering with a proven track record of building scalable revenue-driving funnels.
    • Experience designing and operationalizing systems, automation workflows, and marketing toolkits for distributed or field-based teams.
    • Background in experiential marketing, hospitality, commercial real estate, or space-based monetization models is strongly preferred.
    • Expertise in multi-channel campaign execution, including paid media, retargeting, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization across platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
    • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in GA4, GTM, and multi-touch attribution modeling, combined with proficiency in AI-driven marketing workflows.
    • Proven ability to operate as a strategic individual contributor while influencing executive stakeholders with data-driven insights and recommendations.
    • Strong builder mindset with the ability to move from strategy to execution and iterate rapidly based on performance data.
    • Benefits

      • Competitive compensation package including salary and equity eligibility
      • Free employee-only medical coverage
      • 4% employer 401(k) match
      • Free short-term disability coverage
      • Remote work across the continental United States
      • Flexible work environment with high autonomy and ownership
      • Opportunity to build a new growth marketing function from the ground up
      • High visibility role with direct impact on revenue, retention, and portfolio performance
      • Nationwide travel opportunities (approximately 25%)
