Fictiv is looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Leader to fast-track our company’s growth. Fictiv’s Growth expert in this role will be responsible for managing Fictiv’s customer journey for new users as well as our life cycle marketing to ensure expansion in existing accounts. You will manage and support activities across all stages of the customer experience: customer acquisition, activation, retention, and up-selling.
Working cross-functionally with product management, design, and marketing teams, you will design and implement data-driven growth initiatives while reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer. You will consistently monitor and analyze our growth channels and develop insightful findings for the cross-functional team to action and experiment with.
Our ideal candidate for this role is an expert in product-led growth and specifically has deep knowledge of digital marketing with prior experience in product marketing, digital marketing, product management, or all of the above. The candidate must be analytical and knowledgeable in using various analytic tools including Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Optimizely. And the candidate must be highly collaborative, organized, willing to constantly learn, and extremely creative and innovative.
You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer.
What You’ll Be Doing- Develop a growth marketing strategy that’s attuned to both of our GTM motions; the high-velocity acquisition business and user expansion strategies for our high-value, existing accounts.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of growth campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, paid channels, organic search, email marketing, and other approaches appropriate to our target audience.
- Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features) to quickly respond to and drive campaigns that capitalize on these events and trends.
- Work with our marketing analyst to monitor traffic trends, conversion, and engagement end to end to constantly enhance and optimize our efforts and results.
- Ensure all messaging and content are optimized for “top of page 1” search rankings and that the website and website experience are optimized for conversion.
- All company blog, social media accounts, website, and specific landing pages are continuously updated and optimized, and in sync to provide a great user experience
- Compile performance reports to brief executive leadership on marketing initiatives and product performance and provide recommendations on improvement strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a Fictiv-related field required.
- At least 4 years of experience in a marketing or product management role.
- Experience with a product-led group strategy.
- Proven track record of successful growth campaigns.
- Expertise with SEO and analytical tools for marketers, such as Google Analytics, Google Trends.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and diverse remote environment.
- Experience and comfort in a highly engaging company that lives on Slack, Jira, Google apps, Asana, Marketo, and salesforce.
