The environment is highly international and complex, requiring strong collaboration across regions, functions, and regulatory landscapes. This position is ideal for a seasoned security leader who can balance strategic oversight with operational excellence. You will have a direct impact on protecting people, assets, and critical operations worldwide.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and govern global physical security and CNI security standards, frameworks, processes, and training programs.
  • Ensure consistent implementation and compliance across all regions, business units, and operational sites.
  • Align security programs with regulatory, contractual, and customer-driven CNI requirements.
  • Lead assurance activities including audits, maturity assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive global standardization and simplification of physical security and CNI processes to reduce fragmentation.
  • Oversee automation of security workflows, reporting, and compliance processes using enterprise platforms.
  • Strengthen GSOC integration, defining escalation paths, monitoring structures, and incident response frameworks.
  • Improve data quality and analytics to support executive-level decision-making and operational visibility.
  • Act as global subject matter expert providing risk-based security guidance across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Real Estate, HSE, Legal, Cybersecurity, and business teams.
  • Develop training, awareness, and capability-building programs for security stakeholders globally.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (mandatory).
    • Minimum 10+ years of experience in physical security, CNI security, or related fields in global environments.
    • Senior leadership experience within government, military, intelligence, international organizations, or large multinational corporations.
    • Strong expertise in security governance, regulatory compliance, and CNI-related legal frameworks.
    • Proven experience leading global transformation programs and process standardization initiatives.
    • Familiarity with GSOC or command center operating models and integrated security operations.
    • Experience leveraging enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Everbridge, SharePoint, and Power BI.
    • Strong understanding of physical security systems, access control, monitoring technologies, and risk management.
    • Knowledge of international frameworks such as ICoCA and Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights is an advantage.
    • Professional certifications such as ASIS CPP or PSP are highly desirable.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with global exposure.
    • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%).
    • Fluent in written and spoken English.
    • Benefits:

      • Opportunity to lead global physical security and CNI strategy at enterprise scale.
      • High-impact leadership role protecting critical infrastructure, assets, and personnel worldwide.
      • Exposure to advanced security technologies, GSOC systems, and digital transformation initiatives.
      • International and multicultural working environment.
      • Strong focus on professional autonomy, strategic influence, and global governance.
      • Opportunities for continuous learning and leadership development in security transformation.
      • Engagement in high-visibility programs with executive-level stakeholders.
