This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Healthcare Experienced HR Manager based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead people operations in a growing organization where employee experience and operational excellence are key priorities. As a hands-on HR leader, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle while helping build scalable HR processes that support long-term growth. Working closely with leadership, you will ensure compliance, strengthen talent acquisition efforts, and foster an engaging workplace culture. The position combines strategic HR partnership with day-to-day operational responsibilities, making it ideal for an experienced HR generalist who enjoys variety and ownership. You will play a critical role in supporting managers, enhancing employee engagement, and maintaining best-in-class HR practices. Accountabilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance support, and offboarding.
  • Oversee multi-state HR compliance, ensuring adherence to employment laws and maintaining accurate, audit-ready employee records.
  • Administer full-cycle payroll processes using HRIS platforms while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, from job description creation and candidate sourcing through hiring and onboarding.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and develop initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and professional development.
  • Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee performance, workplace policies, and HR best practices.
  • Help design and implement scalable HR processes that support organizational growth and operational efficiency.
  • Requirements:

    • 3–5 years of Human Resources experience, including at least 2 years in a broad HR generalist role.
    • Strong working knowledge of California and Arizona employment laws.
    • Experience within healthcare or another regulated industry is highly preferred.
    • Proficiency with HRIS platforms; experience with Rippling is a strong advantage.
    • Previous experience in a high-growth or startup environment is preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
    • HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Availability to work full-time during Pacific Time Zone business hours.
