  • Assist with sensitive employee matters including contract administration, employee relations, terminations, and compliance procedures.
  • Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience in payroll and HR operations, with significant expertise in U.S. and Canadian payroll management.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • Professional payroll or HR certifications preferred, such as CPP, CPM, PHR, CPHR, or equivalent.
    • Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian payroll regulations, employment standards, tax compliance, and labor laws.
    • Experience managing benefits administration, retirement plans, leave programs, and healthcare compliance.
    • Proficiency with payroll and HR systems such as Workday, Gusto, ADP Workforce Now, or similar platforms.
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills with advanced spreadsheet and reporting capabilities.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and accuracy.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience working in remote and international environments is highly valued.
    • Additional experience with global mobility, equity compensation, or international payroll operations is considered a plus.
    • Benefits:
