We have an opening within Envoy's dedicated and rapidly expanding Global team for an experienced Immigration Administrator, APAC to work with us on a full time, permanent basis. Our Immigration Administrator, APAC is responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the Global Team's APAC practice group. The role supports the inbound processing of APAC immigration matters for Envoy clients.
Please note - this role is based in Singapore, or Malaysia (working remotely, from home) with a fantastic, clever, dedicated team!
As our Singapore Case Administrator, you will be required to:
  • Ensure the effective maintenance of client and internal records via use of the case management system and other internal systems
  • Assist with the preparation/drafting of applications/documentation
  • Collaborate and work closely with Global Case Managers on various aspects of work authorization and other APAC immigration matters
  • Utilization of case management system with accuracy in real time
  • Ensure accurate billing of client matters in keeping with company policy and protocols

  • Timely and effective ability to adapt to changing immigration regulations and company policies, as instructed by colleagues and management
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent time management, and organizational skills
  • Precise attention to detail
  • Willingness to accept responsibility and show good judgment, initiative, and self-sufficiency
  • Strong desire to learn and excel in dynamic growing practice
  • A sincere passion for supporting a team of APAC Immigration Case Managers with administrative tasks in order to positively impact the lives of Envoy's clients
  • 2+ year(s) of administrative experience preferably within the field of APAC Immigration Law (covering as many countries within this Region as possible)
