In House Drywall Taping and Production Crew

Job Summary We’re hiring a3–4 person crew of experienced Drywall Tapers/Finishersto deliver Level 4/5 finishes on residential and light commercial projects. You’ll handle taping, coating, sanding, touch-ups, and punch lists with speed and quality. Key Responsibilities • Tape and finish drywall seams/joints, corners, and fasteners toLevel 4/5standards. • Run flats, angles, and butt joints; coat corner bead, reveals, and trims. • Sand, spot, and back-check for a paint-ready surface; complete punch items quickly. • Perform patch/repair work and texture match when required. • Keep work areas clean, follow site safety rules, and coordinate with GC and other trades. Required Tools (crew must furnish) • Automatic taper (Bazooka) • Nail spotter(or equivalent) • Angle box with corner finishers/headsand corner roller • Flat boxes(e.g., 7"/10"/12") with handles, pumps, compound tubes • Hand tools (taping knives, hawk/pan, mixers, sanders—hand/pole/power, etc.) • Daily-use PPE (respirator/eye protection) and reliable transportation Qualifications • Proven experience delivering consistentLevel 4/5finishes at production pace • Strong eye for quality and detail; able to read basic plans/layouts • Reliable crew structure with steady manpower and schedule discipline • Ability to meet deadlines, maintain cleanliness, and pass site safety requirements Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
