Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This role is based in Woodridge, IL and offers a 14-week contract with a consistent day schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsibilities include preparing IV admixtures, managing sterile compounding processes, and supporting home infusion pharmacy needs within an inpatient hospital environment. Your expertise will ensure accurate medication dispensing while maintaining compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
