Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with strong sterile compounding and home infusion experience looking to contribute to a high-quality patient care team. Details: • Schedule:MondayFriday, 8:30am5:00pm • Environment:Home Infusion Pharmacy • Contract Length:14 weeks • Status:Signed agreement Responsibilities: • Compound and verify sterile IV preparations following USP 797/800 standards • Oversee pharmacy technicians in the sterile compounding process • Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness • Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations • Utilize CPR+ or similar pharmacy systems (experience preferred) Requirements: • Active and unrestrictedIllinois Pharmacist license • Sterile compounding experience required • Home infusion experience preferred • Familiarity withCPR+a plus Compensation for this position ranges from $53.00 to $65.00.
