Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Inventory & Manufacturing Software Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing in-depth knowledge about the inventory and manufacturing process and software requirements to internal Unanet teams as well as prospects and customers. They will participate in sales and customer discovery sessions, product demonstrations, product management design reviews, product marketing development efforts, and education and training to all teams as needed. They will also be responsible for assisting with product integration and enhancement of Unanet’s demonstration database.

What You'll Do 

  • Provide in-depth knowledge of inventory and manufacturing processes and software requirements to internal teams, prospects, customers, and partners
  • Participate in sales and customer discovery sessions to understand specific needs and provide expert guidance on Unanet's offerings
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of Unanet's software and how it integrates with Unanet GovCon ERP, highlighting its features and benefits
  • Collaborate with Product Management teams to review design and development of new features
  • Work with Product Marketing to develop messaging and materials
  • Provide education and training to internal teams and partners on the use of our solution
  • Assist with product integration, working with customers to ensure seamless integration with their existing systems 
  • Enhance Unanet's GovCon ERP demonstration database 

Your First 90 Days 

In your first 30 days...

  • Complete new hire orientation and be fully set up on your technology and our internal tools (e.g., Confluence, Slack, Zoom)
  • Meet the teams you’ll collaborate with across our organization
  • Review our GovCon Sales Playbook and product training
  • Start learning Unanet GovCon software and integration
  • Familiarize yourself with our sales, product, and product marketing resources
  • Develop an understanding of the industries we serve
  • Learn how the partner with and direct teams use of GovCon and Inventory & Manufacturing products 
  • Develop a working knowledge of our sales processes
  • Begin providing subject matter expertise to Sales, Sales Engineering, Product and Product Marketing teams

In your first 60 days...

  • Continue to deepen your knowledge of Unanet GovCon and Inventory & Manufacturing integration
  • Assist in demonstration of integration, serving as our subject matter expert for inventory and manufacturing related questions
  • Continue providing subject matter expertise to Sales, Sales Engineering, Product and Product Marketing teams
  • Continue learning our product positioning and how to support sales efforts
  • Learn how to maintain and update Unanet GovCon and Inventory & Manufacturing demonstration databases
  • Begin working with Product Development, Marketing, and Sales Ops to assist in maintaining enablement materials
  • Introduction to the CRM product lines

In your first 90 days...

  • Begin performing scripted introductory demonstrations of Unanet's GovCon and Inventory & Manufacturing integration
  • Leverage your background to serve as our Subject Matter Expert on all inventory and manufacturing demonstrations
  • Continue providing your subject matter expertise to Sales, Sales Engineering, Product and Product Marketing teams

Who You Are 

  • 5+ years of experience in inventory and manufacturing management software, preferably in GovCon environment
  • Experience demonstrating software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external customers and partners
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with government contracting regulations and requirements
  • Record of proactively improving and promotion quality in processes
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Operations Management, or related

Your Differentiators 

  • Extensive knowledge of inventory and manufacturing processes and software requirements
  • Expertise in Accumatica, Sage, Deltek or similar inventory and manufacturing software preferred
  • Experience with Unanet GovCon ERP

The salary range for this opportunity is $120,000 - $130,000 per year. You will be eligible for employee equity as well as discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
