Role DescriptionAs an Intern within CorpEng’s Collaboration team, you’re on the front-line of Dropbox’s efforts to transform into a more enlightened place to work. Dropbox is taking bold action to embrace Virtual First; a new work from anywhere paradigm. That means our collaboration apps — Slack, Google Workspace, Miro, Dropbox, and Zoom — are Dropbox’s new workplace, making what you do the foundation of how we facilitate a new culture at Dropbox.
Your responsibilities will include enhancing and automating the collaboration experience for all Dropboxers. This includes defining and implementing the way we work by Bringing IT All Together, an initiative that aimed at reducing the number of applications used making it easier to find the information we need to do our jobs.
By joining Dropbox you’ll have a specific role to fill, and will collaborate with a number of cross-functional teams to deliver high impact services to Dropboxers across the entire company. You’ll have the chance to interact with key stakeholders throughout the company and influence how Dropboxers spend their days getting work done.
Responsibilities- Survey and interpret data on collaboration tool satisfaction.
- Develop and execute plan to apply changes.
- Measure success of changes and implementation.
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree (graduating in/after Dec 2023) in Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Project Mangement (or similar)
- Passion for problem solving and collaborating on projects with others.
- Interest in using technology as a tool to bring people together
- Excellent written and speaking skills
Total Rewards
For candidates hired in Colorado (US locations), the expected salary rate for the role is $6,500/Monthly, subject to change.
