IT Delivery Manager (f/m/x)

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Your Role and Responsibilities

Main responsibilities

• In the context of two acquisitions performed by the bank, the candidate will participate to the preparation, the follow-up of deliveries acrros various streams and the execution of the migration activities in order to successfully integrate the data into the core systems of the bank.
• Coordination across multiple business and IT teams in order to prepare & execute for the migration.
• Define, coordinate and follow-up on the Deliveries across the Migration program

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Between 3 - 7 years of experience
• Proven experience managing and delivering complex IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met.
• Deep understanding of banking operations, financial services regulations (e.g., Basel III, MiFID), and industry-specific technologies like core banking systems, payment gateways, and digital banking platforms.
• Experience in private banking: Mandatory
• Fluent in English and French
• Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport
