Janitor, Luxury High Rise Condominium-West Hollywood

Corinthian Parking LA, Inc. (CIPS LA) is currently seeking a full-time Janitor to join our luxury residential high-rise team. Full-time team members are eligible for benefits. Location:West Hollywood Schedule:35 hours/week, Monday–Tuesday, Friday through Saturday7 am - 3:00 pm. Compensation:$20/hr paid biweekly Responsibilities: - Consistently ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the Main Lobby, including cleaning elevator doors, entry doors, seating areas, windows, front desk, and lobby restroom. - Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of all common areas, including hallways, elevators, lobbies, restrooms (cleaning and restocking), valet booth, security booth, pool house, gym, and parking levels. - Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks such as patching, painting, drywall repairs, curb repairs in parking ramps, replacing LEDs and light bulbs, unclogging drains, and ensuring pool/spa and fountains are properly filled and maintained. - Keep supply rooms, equipment rooms, and paint rooms organized and tidy. - Maintain and clean stairways, breezeways, mechanical rooms, cooling towers, and roof equipment as directed by the Chief Engineer. - Promptly report any mechanical issues, vandalism, water leaks, or structural concerns to the Chief Engineer and management. Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of janitorial or maintenance experience. - Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment with a professional demeanor. - Dependable, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information discreetly. - Willingness to work extended hours during emergencies or for additional coverage as needed. - On-call availability on days off in case of urgent building issues. Qualifications: - Excellent customer service skills. - Strong communication skills. - Valid driver’s license and/or ID. - Eligibility to work legally in the United States. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately. - Punctual and prepared to work each day. - Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for a full shift of at least 8 hours. -Able to lift at least 25 lbs.
