You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do:

• Partner with enterprise business leaders to define, develop, and prioritize user stories effectively.
• Participate in designing user stories, refining backlogs, setting priorities, and creating test cases.
• Confidently lead and facilitate elaboration sessions with a clear focus on delivering business value.
• Ability to create user interface mockups to further illustrate user stories and epics
• Conduct user story playback sessions to SME’s to ensure alignment to value and outcomes for the project

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:

• Build a backlog of user stories for minimum two sprints 
• Maintain a weekly Client Satisfaction score of 90% or higher

Strong applicants will have the following qualifications:

• 7–10 years of experience leading the design, development, and implementation of software, hardware solutions, systems, or products.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders, including clients, developers, and project managers, to align business and technical goals.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze complex processes, identify patterns and trends, and address operational challenges.
• Proficient in creating journey maps and applying design thinking methodologies to drive innovative solutions. 
• Skilled in drafting clear, concise, and well-structured business requirements and technical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex solutions to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively under high-pressure conditions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) certification (ideally)
• Experience with project management tools like Jira
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum project implementations
