Lead Plumber

Goode Plumbing, an established and growing plumbing services provider, is seeking experienced Plumbers to service our ever-growing residential and commercial customer base. Ideal candidates must be proficient in repairing all types of plumbing fixtures and equipment. Responsibilities include: testing, diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems and components, recognizes and adheres to plumbing codes. Qualifications • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers • Demonstrated ability to forge strong relationships with clients • Strong plumbing background. • 3+ years of residential and commercial service experience • Ability to lift and move heavy objects • A driven work ethic with the willingness to learn and grow • Must have good driving record • Must be able to pass a drug and medical screening • Must have a clean criminal background check Compensation & Benefits: Goode Plumbing offers an attractive, competitive compensation plan including a generous spiff package, along with a comprehensive benefit plan including: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, company-paid Life Insurance, Cafeteria Plan, and 401k company contributions, Holidays, Vacation, and more.
