This role sits at the center of platform strategy, data unification, and customer engagement transformation, driving how interaction data is captured and activated across multiple channels. You will lead initiatives that build a 360-degree view of consumer and patient engagement, enabling more personalized, data-driven experiences at scale. The position requires strong product leadership in complex, matrixed environments where marketing, data, and technology intersect. You will translate fragmented program activity into structured delivery plans, clear documentation, and actionable outcomes. This is a high-visibility role that blends strategy, execution, and operational rigor. You will also play a key part in ensuring regulatory compliance while enabling innovation in healthcare engagement. Accountabilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of enabling platform initiatives that unify interaction data and support personalized engagement strategies across marketing and service channels.
- Coordinate cross-functional product delivery across marketing, data, technology, and channel teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Own the full lifecycle of interaction data platforms, including planning, execution, monitoring, adoption, and closure.
- Define workflows for capturing, structuring, and leveraging both structured and unstructured engagement data.
- Track KPIs such as engagement, response rates, adoption, and service quality to evaluate platform effectiveness.
- Manage delivery plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, dependencies, and risks while proactively resolving blockers.
- Facilitate cross-functional ceremonies, working sessions, and governance forums to ensure accountability and alignment.
- Develop and maintain documentation, decision logs, executive summaries, and product communication artifacts.
- Build frameworks, templates, and playbooks that improve delivery consistency and scalability across teams.
- Strong experience working with customer or patient interaction data across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Background in healthcare, health tech, insurance, or other regulated industries.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills at both operational and executive levels.
- Hands-on experience with product and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong ability to translate strategy into execution through structured documentation and cross-functional alignment.
- Preferred experience in Agile/Scrum environments, go-to-market coordination, and healthcare product ecosystems.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $126,300 to $173,700, depending on experience and location.

Requirements:
6+ years of product management experience, preferably focused on platform products, data ecosystems, or large-scale digital systems.
