This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis in the United States.

This role is a high-impact finance leadership opportunity within a fast-paced, data-driven organization operating at scale in the digital and SaaS ecosystem. You will play a central role in shaping financial strategy, forecasting, and enterprise performance visibility, directly influencing executive and board-level decision-making. The position blends hands-on financial analysis with strategic advisory responsibilities, requiring strong business acumen and storytelling ability with financial data. You will lead enterprise-wide reporting, planning cycles, and performance management processes across multiple business units. Acting as a key partner to senior leadership, you will help translate complex financial data into clear insights that guide growth and investment decisions. This role also owns the evolution of financial planning systems and reporting infrastructure to support scalable, automated, and efficient finance operations.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead enterprise-wide financial consolidation, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent reporting across business units and geographies.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate management reporting dashboards and executive-level financial reporting packages.
  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles for executive leadership, the CEO, and the Board of Directors.
  • Build clear financial narratives, visuals, and insights to communicate performance trends and strategic priorities.
  • Partner with senior finance leadership on Board, investor, and executive reporting, including ad hoc analysis and presentations.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization.
  • Define and track key SaaS and growth metrics such as ARR, churn, CAC, and LTV to support decision-making.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis, scenario modeling, and performance insights to guide business strategy.
  • Serve as a finance partner to business leaders, supporting investment decisions and operational performance.
  • Own and optimize financial planning systems (e.g., Workday Adaptive Planning), ensuring scalability and data integrity.
  • Standardize FP&A processes, reporting frameworks, and best practices across the finance function.
  • Drive automation and process improvements in financial reporting and data workflows.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
    • 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally within SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments.
    • Strong experience in financial reporting, consolidation, forecasting, and executive/board-level presentations.
    • Advanced knowledge of SaaS metrics, business models, and unit economics.
    • Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar FP&A systems.
    • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to build complex scenarios and forecasts.
    • Experience managing and developing finance teams in fast-paced or private equity–backed environments.
    • Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate financial data into clear business insights.
    • Experience with ERP systems and data integrations.
    • Exposure to analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) is a plus.
    • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
    • Experience supporting investor relations or strategic finance initiatives is an advantage.
