This is a high-impact position combining education, sales strategy, and long-term partnership development in a remote-first setting.

  • Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with district leaders, school administrators, and key education stakeholders
  • Conduct needs assessments to deliver tailored solutions that support partner success and long-term engagement
  • Manage and grow existing accounts through strategic touchpoints, relationship building, and expanded service offerings
  • Lead presentations, product demonstrations, and high-impact meetings to showcase solutions effectively
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM documentation to support sales performance tracking
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless partner journeys
  • Stay informed on education sector trends, funding cycles, and competitive dynamics to refine strategy and positioning
  • Requirements

    • 5+ years of consultative sales or business development experience with a strong customer-centric approach
    • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders in complex, multi-decision-maker environments
    • Experience working with K–12 schools, school districts, or education-focused organizations is strongly preferred
    • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
    • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
    • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Understanding of education funding cycles, procurement processes, or grant-based purchasing is a plus
    • Willingness and ability to travel 40–60% as required within the assigned territory
    • Strong collaboration mindset with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners
    • Benefits

      • Base salary of $100,000 USD plus variable compensation plan
      • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
      • Generous paid time off (PTO) and holidays
      • Fully remote-first work environment with flexible scheduling
      • Opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on social-emotional learning and education impact
      • Collaborative and equity-centered culture focused on meaningful outcomes in education
