Director of Marketing - Casino (Analytics Experience Required)
Job Summary:
The Director of Marketing is responsible for providing strong analytical skills, friendly and excellent service to all guests, long and short term marketing strategies based upon experience, knowledge, and input from management team. Manages the Marketing Team to ensure all duties are performed in accordance with policies, procedures, and leadership guidance.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years in casino marketing experience required to include a least 2 years management experience. Minimum 2 years of marketing analytics, direct marketing, database utilization and tracking systems experience in managing multiple projects required. Working knowledge and experience utilizing the digital world, internet, and social networks to grow brand recognition and brand loyalty. Knowledge of Player Tracking software; Oasis software preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Minimum age of 21 years. High school diploma required; Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related area preferred. Excellent communication and computer skills.
Essential Job Functions:

• Able to use analytics processes to understand data and make decisions.
• Independently manages multiple department functions and employees in a professional and encouraging manner.
• Employee relations management includes recruitment, training, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees.
• Plans, coordinates and executes marketing efforts to acquire, retain and reactivate qualified players.
• Generates reports, analyzes and makes recommendations for marketing promotions and other data analytics.
• Builds and develops a fast growing marketing team that is competent, dedicated and efficient.
• Track, evaluate and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
• Develop long-term marketing strategy and goals.
• Manage the customer life cycle, segmentation, and loyalty management.
• Evaluates customer segmentation models for growth opportunities in trips, customer win, and customer acquisition.
• Works with property leadership to ensure marketing efforts are producing results and are competitive or premium to the local market.
• Executes direct mail follow-up and tracking to support player reactivation programs.
• Identifying appropriate prize structures, giveaways and other incentives for customers
• Manages marketing and departmental budgets
• Prioritizes tasks and uses time effectively and efficiently.
• All other duties assigned.
