This role is a senior consulting position focused on designing and delivering enterprise-grade Microsoft security, identity, and endpoint management solutions for diverse client environments. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding organizations through the architecture, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft cloud and hybrid security ecosystems. Working across identity, device management, and security domains, you will help clients strengthen their security posture using Microsoft Entra, Intune, Defender, and related technologies. The role combines hands-on technical implementation with strategic advisory responsibilities in a highly client-facing environment. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and modern workplace solutions. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence enterprise security transformations across cloud and on-premises infrastructures. You will also contribute to the evolution of new service offerings within a leading Microsoft-focused consulting practice.
Accountabilities:
- Lead discovery, architecture, design, and deployment of Microsoft identity and device security solutions across enterprise client environments.
- Implement and optimize Microsoft technologies including Entra ID, Intune, Configuration Manager, Defender XDR, and Microsoft 365 security services.
- Guide clients through modern workplace and security transformations, including hybrid-to-cloud identity migrations and endpoint modernization.
- Design and execute security architectures that integrate cloud, endpoint, and network protection strategies within Microsoft ecosystems.
- Provide expert consulting on Active Directory, Entra ID Connect, SSO, and related identity infrastructure components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security architecture with broader threat protection, compliance, and operational goals.
- Support migration initiatives from legacy or third-party identity platforms (e.g., Okta, Ping, SailPoint) to Microsoft Entra ID.
- Contribute to technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and standardized delivery methodologies.
- Stay engaged with emerging Microsoft security technologies and help shape new service offerings and capabilities.
- Extensive hands-on experience architecting and deploying Microsoft security and identity solutions in enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender XDR, Microsoft 365 security, and hybrid identity architectures.
- Strong knowledge of on-premises Microsoft infrastructure, including Active Directory, Windows Server, and endpoint security systems.
- Proven experience delivering client-facing consulting engagements with enterprise-scale deployments.
- Background in identity migrations from legacy systems or third-party providers such as Okta, PingFederate, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, endpoint management, and modern workplace architecture principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Security Administrator Associate, Azure Security Engineer, CISSP, or CISM are highly valued.
- Experience producing architectural documentation, diagrams, and technical design deliverables.
- Competitive salary range: $130,000 – $180,000 USD, based on experience and qualifications.
