You will drive revenue growth by managing complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships and developing tailored solutions that meet clients’ business objectives. Operating as a trusted advisor, you will influence executive decision-makers, negotiate large-scale agreements, and represent the organization at industry events. Extensive travel (up to 75%) is required to build and maintain key client partnerships nationwide. Your work will directly contribute to measurable business outcomes, including revenue targets, client satisfaction, and market expansion.

Accountabilities

  • Own and grow national accounts and strategic enterprise client relationships, driving revenue and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute account acquisition strategies targeting large employers, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and managed care organizations.
  • Identify client needs and deliver consultative solutions that align with workers’ compensation and hearing healthcare objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers and maintain ongoing engagement to support retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and legal teams to ensure contractual obligations and service standards are met.
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance efforts to minimize risk while maximizing client satisfaction.
  • Develop annual sales plans and forecasts with clear growth and revenue targets.
  • Provide market intelligence on industry trends, technologies, and competitors to inform strategy.
  • Represent the organization at national conferences and client events to strengthen presence and generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, sales pipeline tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Mentor peers and leverage cross-functional influence to advance team and organizational objectives.
  • Travel extensively (up to 75%) to meet clients and prospects at regional and national levels.

  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • 7–10+ years of proven success in field-based sales, preferably managing national or strategic accounts.
    • Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
    • 5+ years of experience in workers’ compensation, hearing healthcare, managed care, or related industries preferred.
    • Strong hunter mentality with consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and time management abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high self-motivation and discipline.
    • Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
    • Home office setup with secure internet, dedicated workspace, and necessary equipment for full-day work.

    • Benefits

      • Competitive base salary $100,000–$110,000 with total potential earnings up to $170,000+, uncapped commission.
      • Medical, dental, prescription, and vision coverage.
      • 24/7 virtual medical care and Employee Assistance Program for employees and families.
      • 401(k) plan with company match.
      • Company-paid life insurance and supplemental coverage for family members.
      • Short- and long-term disability insurance.
      • Pre-tax Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts for healthcare and dependent care.
      • Pet insurance and commuter accounts.
      • Flexible, remote work environment with travel support.
