Job Description

Team: Business Development

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a New Business Development Manager in the United States.

This role sits at the heart of new client acquisition efforts within a fast-moving financial technology environment serving thousands of financial institutions. You will act as a critical connector between Sales, Product, Legal, Pricing, and Implementation teams to ensure new deals progress smoothly from opportunity to closure. The position combines strategic coordination, commercial execution, and operational rigor to support complex financial services sales cycles. You will help transform prospects into long-term clients by ensuring every detail—from contracts to pricing to onboarding readiness—is executed with precision. Working closely with senior sales leaders, you will influence deal structure, accelerate revenue generation, and improve overall client experience. This is a highly cross-functional role where business development, project management, and stakeholder alignment come together in a remote-first, collaborative environment.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will drive the execution of new business opportunities by coordinating cross-functional efforts and ensuring all components of the sales cycle are delivered effectively. You will act as a central point of orchestration between internal teams and external prospects to support deal closure and seamless onboarding.

  • Manage and track all sales execution activities tied to new business opportunities in partnership with senior sales leadership.
  • Support deal closure by coordinating pricing, contracts, product requirements, and implementation readiness across teams.
  • Serve as a key liaison for legal and contract processes, ensuring timely drafting, review, and approval of agreements.
  • Research prospect organizations, competitive landscapes, and market positioning to strengthen sales strategy and messaging.
  • Own pricing requests, sales documentation, and Salesforce data integrity across the pipeline and closed deals.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and implementation teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials aligned with executive and sales objectives.
  • Requirements

The ideal candidate brings experience in financial services environments and strong exposure to sales operations, business development, or client-facing coordination roles. You are comfortable navigating complex organizations and managing multiple stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail and speed of execution.

    • 3–5 years of experience in financial institutions, sales operations, business development, or related fields.
    • Strong understanding of sales cycles, contract processes, pricing models, and go-to-market coordination.
    • Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce for pipeline tracking and reporting.
    • Ability to manage cross-functional workflows involving legal, product, finance, and implementation teams.
    • Strong analytical and research skills to assess markets, competitors, and client needs.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce clear, client-ready materials and presentations.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
    • Benefits

      • Competitive salary range: $60,500 – $77,100 USD annually
      • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans
      • Paid time off, holidays, parental leave, and community volunteer days
      • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match
      • Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
      • Mental health and wellness support, including Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
      • Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities
      • Remote-first work environment with flexibility and work-life balance.
