Job Overview
We are seeking a PA licensed property and casualty Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are seeking a nice, happy and friendly person. No sales pressures, no nights or weekend work! We are an experienced State Farm office.
Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups or to provide additional support as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide informed support.
Experience
• Previous experience in an insurance customer service role is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective client interactions.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base.
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform and familiarity with office software applications is required.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding client services while maintaining professionalism at all times.
