Plumbing & HVAC/R Service Manager- Local Union Membership

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic, hands-onPlumbing & HVAC/R Service Managerto lead and support our field technicians while ensuring high-quality service, efficient operations, and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with leadership potential who wants to grow into management. Prior service manager experience is aplus, but not required. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise, train, and support plumbing and HVAC/R technicians • Coordinate and manage day-to-day service operations for residential and commercial projects, including new installations • Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and company policies • Review estimates, schedules, and materials for upcoming jobs • Perform quality checks and assist on complex service calls when needed • Maintain clear communication with customers, office staff, and team members • Monitor job performance and support professional growth of team members • Help develop and improve service processes and procedures Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in plumbing and HVAC/R service work (residential and commercial) • EPA Universal Certificationrequired • Experience with light to moderate refrigeration systems • Strong technical knowledge in plumbing systems, HVAC equipment, and installation practices • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills • Willingness to be a working manager when needed • Service manager experience is a plus, but candidates with leadership potential are encouraged to apply Preferred Traits: • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction • Team player who can motivate and mentor others • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Benefits & Opportunities: • Competitive pay (based on experience) • Company vehicle and gas card • Paid time off and holidays • Ongoing training with the JATC and advancement opportunities • Supportive and team-oriented work environment • We are a signatory contractor with a clear path to Local Union membership for qualified candidates Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits: • Company truck • Employee assistance program • Fuel card • Health insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Retirement plan • Tools provided Ability to Commute: • Henderson, NV 89015 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Henderson, NV 89015: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
