What You'll Do
- Learn and analyze customer business, functional and operating requirements and serve as a subject matter expert in designing high-impact, holistic solutions for Unanet's current and future customers, including third party integrations
- Translate requirements into product configuration and implementation standards
- Provide oversight and execution from discovery to solution design
- Provide ongoing support and guidance during deployment phase(s)
- Analyze and manage complex escalations as well as coordinate appropriate resources to resolve issues
- Draft custom reports and make modifications to solutions to meet customer needs
- Provide technical expertise in the pre-sales process with internal stakeholders by providing technical guidance, translating business requirements, and identifying potential existing or new solution offerings across multiple product lines
- Participate in project planning and proactively manage executive-level customer, partner, and stakeholder relationships
- Provide recommendations for process improvement
- Provide mentorship and assistance to other members of the implementation team
- Manage and implement large, strategic accounts
- Achieve quarterly 70% realization target
Your First 90 Days
In you first 30 Days , you will complete new hire orientation, review your onboarding plan with your manager, and begin building relationships with your teammates through 1:1s. You will set-up a demo account, begin understanding our internal tools, and attend all available training sessions and webinars. Finally, you will begin shadowing live customer calls.
In your first 60 Days , you will continue to shadowing customer calls while taking ownership of your first project with the support of your designated mentor and team. You will continue to work through your defined onboarding plan and will reach your 30% realization target.
In your first 90 Days , you will take full ownership of new projects and will be proficient in Unanet's features. Equipped with what you've learned in onboarding, you will reach a 70% realization target.
About You
- 8+ years of B2B software implementation experience
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to hold internal and external teams accountable to deadlines and milestones
- Exceptional organizational, documentation, and time management skills
- Ability to take strategic concepts and turn them into actionable plans
- Ability to provide recommendations holistically with other products in mind
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Your Differentiators
- Prior experience within the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) or Government Contracting (GovCon) industry
- Experience implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, MIS, or related field

The salary range for this opportunity is $120,000 - $135,000 per year. You will be eligible for discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
