About the Position:

The Corporate Strategy and Development team at G-P holds a key role in helping shape the long-term strategic vision of the organization. We continue to challenge ourselves to solve top-of mind strategic questions, collaborating with leadership and experts across the organization. Reporting into our Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Development, and partnering closely with the Leadership Team, this is a highly impactful position in executing on G-P’s long term strategic vision.


What you will do:

  • Contribute to the achievement of G-P’s long-term goals as a member of the Corporate Strategy and development team
  • Drive analysis & solution development for key business challenges to enable new growth and value opportunities across a swiftly dynamic and highly competitive business environment
  • Leverage critical thinking & sharp problem-solving skills (e.g., data-backed analysis, data science tools, valuation methods, hypothesis-driven approach and frameworks) to support the design & execution of growth initiatives
  • Manage the creation of detailed financial models to support overall strategic planning and investment requests
  • Craft and deliver actionable recommendations to senior leadership through data-driven analysis and visualization for executive decision making
  • Track and analyze key industry, technology, market, customer and competitor metrics and trends using internal, publicly available, and purchased information, or by conducting primary research
  • Deliver content with clarity, confidence and enthusiasm - effectively presenting insights and advocating a point of view
  • Assist with the preparation of executive and board-level summaries, dashboards and presentations


Success Factors:

  • Two or more years of strategy experience with a top-tier management consulting firm
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills with broad financial acumen including knowledge of valuation methodologies and ability to develop financial models
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, business administration, data analytics or other quantitative field required. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • A passion for enabling effective analytically driven decision making, through strategic planning, market, customer and competitive research and analyses
  • Able to own and conduct complete market and business analyses
  • Highly proficient in quantitative analysis using excel and developing presentations using PowerPoint
  • Detail oriented, organized, produces high quality work
  • Able to drive projects and activities to a successful conclusion
  • Capable of managing multiple projects at the same time with a high sense of urgency
  • Excellent track record of being a team player within a matrix organization, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
