This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving customer acquisition through offline and audio marketing channels within a fast-growing, performance-driven environment. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of key channels such as radio, podcasts, SiriusXM, and streaming audio, ensuring every dollar of spend is maximized for measurable growth outcomes. Acting as both strategist and hands-on operator, you will translate business goals into scalable acquisition programs while continuously refining performance through data-driven insights. In this role, you will collaborate closely with analytics, creative, finance, product, and external media agencies to shape integrated campaigns and optimize ROI. You will also play a key role in presenting insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, influencing decisions at the highest level. This position is ideal for a seasoned performance marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys owning complex, multi-channel acquisition programs end to end.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance optimization of offline and audio acquisition channels, including radio, podcasts, SiriusXM, and streaming platforms.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient spend allocation and achievement of key acquisition and performance KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis, identifying insights and implementing optimization strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, analytics, product, finance, and martech to align campaign execution with broader business objectives.
  • Lead external media agencies, overseeing media planning, buying, negotiations, contracts, and financial reconciliations.
  • Develop and present executive-level insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Identify and test new growth opportunities, including channel expansion, creative approaches, and AI-enabled marketing solutions.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform ongoing channel innovation.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of direct response or performance marketing experience, including at least 3 years managing offline or audio acquisition campaigns in a high-growth B2C environment.
    • Proven expertise in managing channels such as radio, podcasts, streaming audio, or related offline acquisition platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience leveraging data and AI tools to optimize marketing performance.
    • Experience managing external agencies, including negotiation, budgeting, campaign execution, and reconciliation processes.
    • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong prioritization and execution skills.
    • Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and present complex insights clearly.
    • Strong testing mindset with a track record of iterating, experimenting, and scaling successful marketing strategies.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams including analytics, product, and martech to improve measurement and attribution.
    • Familiarity with additional channels such as TV, OTT, partnerships, or direct mail is considered a strong advantage.
