So, there is a need to create a global, unified, self-serve platform for our customers to manage and grow their sites, and experience and purchase our products digitally on their own - at the point of inspiration in their journey - at the time of their own convenience. Hence, a product-led experience is preferred to a sales-led one. This means that we need to rethink our approach to product-led growth, from our messaging, to our trials and tiers, to our onboarding and support experiences. And we are looking for a seasoned product leader to drive this effort.
The Day To Day:

• Be responsible for product-led growth at WP Engine
• Own our self service business, driving both the revenue and cost of acquisition sides along with our demand generation team
• Drive strategic decisions to change trial terms, launch new packages, and invent new ways to turn prospects and evaluators into happy customers
• Design, build, and run experiments to determine the best paths and offerings

Your Ideal Background:

• 8 - 10+ years of progressive experience in SaaS Product Management, including experience with product-led growth
• Deeply analytical, digging into the data to understand not just what's happening, but also what to do next
• Strategic in nature, not just optimizing what we're already doing, but inventing new approaches that we haven't thought of yet
• Technically deep, able to understand the needs and tools of WP Engine customers as well as prospects
• Well versed in product-led growth, and how to use product experiences to drive new customers, increased spending, but also overall customer satisfaction
