Principal Solutions Architect

Our growing Professional Services Team is looking for a Principal Solutions Architect to leverage their in-depth experience and knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions to perform high-visibility, high-complexity software implementations. You will be responsible for driving expert-level impact in solution design strategy for Unanet's existing and future customers alike.
What You'll Do

• Provide technical expertise in the pre-sales process with internal stakeholders by providing technical guidance, translating business requirements, and identifying potential existing or new solution offerings across multiple product lines
• Learn and analyze customer business, functional and operating requirements and serve as a subject matter expert in designing high-impact, holistic solutions for Unanet's current and future customers, including third party integrations
• Translate requirements into product configuration and implementation standards
• Provide oversight and execution from discovery to solution design, ensuring large scale implementations are set up for success
• Provide ongoing support and guidance during deployment phase(s)
• Analyze and manage complex escalations as well as coordinate appropriate resources to resolve issues
• Draft custom reports and make modifications to solutions to meet customer needs
• Analyze and drive opportunities to expand or accelerate adoption of Unanet's product offerings
• Participate in project planning and proactively manage executive-level customer, partner, and stakeholder relationships
• Provide mentorship and assistance to other members of the implementation team

Your First 90 Days
In your first 30 days...

• Attend Orientation and meet our team
• Review pre-recorded videos of Unanet features, with targeted focus on obtaining certifications in each functional practice areas (e.g., A/P, A/R, GL, Project Management etc.)
• Complete the first four (4) weeks of your onboarding plan, inclusive of topic-based product, process, and practice training and hands-on opportunities
• Begin work with your Consultant mentor, shadowing implementation calls and actively participating in Q&A sessions
• Prepare for and participate in weekly 1:1 sessions with your manager
• Begin building internal relationships within your team and the broader Professional Services department

In your first 60 days...

• Continue to shadow implementations and work through your defined 12-week onboarding plan
• Attend all available training sessions and webinars
• Define a plan with your manager and mentor for your first feature(s) to begin implementing
• Attain all assigned LMS Certifications

In your first 90 days...

• Continue to shadow implementations and work through the defined training plan
• Lead all or some portions of client implementations
• Achieve 30% billable utilization target

Who You Are

• 8+ years' experience in multi-phase enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations
• 5+ years' consulting experience or leading consultants, with demonstrable track record of attaining realization targets
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related
• Broad product and industry experience, including product or technical expertise relevant across Unanet's product portfolio (e.g., ERP, CRM and PSA SaaS products) and customer industries (GovCon, Architecture, Engineering, and Construction)
• In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies

The salary range for this opportunity is $145,000 - $155,000 per year. You will be eligible for discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
