Role Description 
You will join a team of dynamic individuals to manage procurement operations for Dropbox globally!  We are seeking a Procurement Operations Manager within our Procure to Pay (P2P) Team, who can help scale and optimize procurement. This will be a fast paced and dynamic role that will work closely with our stakeholder, legal and finance teams to proactively support.  You will lead a globally dispersed team managing procurement, travel and expense activity.
Responsibilities
  • Lead a global team to drive cycle time reductions, enable self-service purchasing, and optimize business processes across critical function within the P2P and Travel & Expense spaces.
    • Build, coach and develop high performing team of procurement and operations professionals.
  • Partnering with multiple teams across Dropbox to deliver responsible end-to-end purchasing.
    • Manage daily team activities including system approvals, corrections, team huddles, as well as act as first point of escalation to unblock agents.  Extensive background in Purchase Orders (PO’s) set up and configuration, supplier management and invoice processing is expected.
  • Drive continuous performance and process improvements by leading projects to simplify and automate manual workflows.  
    • Active participation in system features development and user acceptance testing is expected.
Requirements 
  • 5 years of experience in a Technology company with P expertise
  • Oversee all day to day operations & ensure seamless execution of our standard operating processes across every transaction
  • Extensive knowledge of procurement and expense operations tools and methodologies: Ex: Oracle Fusion, Scout, Globality, Tealbook, Graphite Connect, TripActions, Concur.
  • Demonstrable track record of developing metrics & dashboards to drive business improvements and results
